CORONA YODDHA

Miss. Srishti Rautela of X C was awarded with Corona Yodha Certificate by Jagirti Leela Memorial Foundation for her commendable work in the field of creating awareness among the people & distributing Masks to the needy. Hear it from her- “As we all know the whole world is suffering from the crucial time. One day I was watching the news related to the corona virus and that was also related to the poor and needy persons who were unable to get mask for their safety. I thought I have everything for my safety but what will happen to those who have very little to eat, how can they survive their needs and from where they will take all the necessary things related to their safety from this disease. I thought I should help them, then I got the idea to distribute the masks to those people who really need it... I contacted to my aunt for giving me the way for it. She give me a number which was of Mr. Manish pant, Haldwani. I told him about my Idea then he told me about the Jagriti Leela Memorial Foundation which is related to all type of social services. He talked to them about my Idea and they gave me this work and I was very happy to do this social work. On 29th of May I bought masks from the market and I set out to find those needy persons who are poor to spend their money for this type of necessary things. I roamed all over the area and I found many people who were needy, then I gave masks to everyone those were needy and I also told them about its importance. I also roamed in the village to find needy people and I found some small children who were needy. I also gave them masks and clicked the photographs with the logo of Jagriti Leela Memorial Foundation. I had only one reason behind this act which is I wanted that everyone should be safe and healthy. I think that I have everything for my safety but I should give it to those who don't have this type of facilities for their safety. After doing this work I was very glad because I helped those needy persons who cannot purchase it for them. At least they will live and be safe and healthy after doing this. I sent all the pictures to Jagriti Leela Memorial Foundation. They liked my work, they posted it on Facebook also and awarded me with the certificate of Corona Yoddha”
